Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the return, cancellation, and refund rules for orders placed with MyKartStore.
Cancellation Rules
- Orders may be cancelled before they are packed, shipped, or handed over for delivery.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available and the return process will apply instead where eligible.
- MyKartStore may cancel orders affected by payment failure, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must generally be raised within 7 days of delivery unless a product page or category states otherwise.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with tags, accessories, and original packaging where applicable.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, altered after delivery, or clearly non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons may be declined.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after the cancellation or returned item is reviewed and approved.
- Approved refunds are sent to your wallet . Wallet never gets expired . You can use it for future purchases
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the wallet
